Bi-Annual Inspections

Businesses on the West side of Main Street are inspected during even-numbered years; businesses on the East side of Main Street are inspected during odd-numbered years. Low hazard occupancies (business offices, mercantile shops, etc.) may be inspected less frequently at Fire Department discretion.

Annual Inspections

Schools, hotels, multi-family dwellings, and daycare facilities are to be inspected every year.

Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Fire Line Inspections

Short-Term Rental Inspections

Must be performed annually as a condition of the Short Term Rental (STR) Agreement.
