On April 10, 2012, the City Council passed Ordinance 2012-2 permitting 25 short-term rentals to operate within the City's jurisdiction. Short-term rental is defined as the renting of a residential unit for a period of less than 30 days. The City currently has a waiting list for property owners interested in applying for a "Short-Term Rental Permit." Please contact the Planning Department to inquire about getting your property onto the waiting list for a short-term rental permit.
