Please have the exact address of the property in question. Property owner information is helpful but not required to file a complaint.
You do not have to give your name with a complaint; however, this may restrict the division's ability to follow up on a complaint.
We do request a phone number or an e-mail address in case there are follow up questions.
Complaints that have imminent threat of public safety are immediately referred and handled by the appropriate department; all other complaints re prioritized by severity of violation. If you believe you have a problem to report, please review the types of violations handled through this office on the main code enforcement page, before completing the form or contacting staff to report a complaint.
